Raw Material Inspection: Visual, dimensional, chemical analysis, and mechanical testing inspections are performed to ensure quality.
Uncoiling and leveling: Steel rolls up to 35 tons are leveled to obtain the surface quality of the plate.
Edge cutting: Both edges of the plate are cut to obtain a precise width of the plate.
Edge machining and bending: Edge preparation is to obtain a high-quality weld.
Pipe Forming: Spiral welding produces pipes that are very accurate in dimensions and with tighter tolerances than the requirements of international standards and specifications such as API 5L and ISO 3183.
Welding: The double submerged arc welding (DSAW) process is used for the inside and outside of the tubes.
Pipe cutting: The pipe is manufactured to specific customer dimensions.
Ultrasonic Inspection: Ultrasonic inspection is performed to the weld and to the plate.
Visual Inspection: Visual and dimensional inspections.
Radiographic Inspection: It is carried out according to the international standard API 5L and ISO 3183, or the client’s requirements.
Hydrostatic Test: Each pipe is hydrostatically tested at the specified test pressure.
Coatings: Interior and exterior epoxy coatings for pipe protection.

The Free Trade Zone (bonded warehouse) allows foreign or national goods to be destined for a warehouse approved by the Mexican Tax Authorities (SAT) to be stored, exhibited, sold, distributed, transformed or repaired.
If they are imported products, it allows their stay for up to 5 years without paying import duties, VAT or compliance with non-tariff restrictions.
Subsequently, the goods can be allocated to other programs, such as IMMEX, without their time beginning to run until the products are removed from the Warehouse.
